The photo shoot will take about 5 to 10 minutes; women must wear a 2-piece bathing suit or form fitting shorts, and a sports bra. Men are to wear shorts. There is a private changing room in our facility. Three photos will be taken; front, side, and rear. Pictures are highly encouraged but not mandatory. However, based on our history with clients, generally the individuals who demonstrate the most dramatic changes changes in appearance and lifestyle take advantage of the pictures. Before pictures serve as a tremendous motivator and reminder of where we want to progress from and generally never go back to.

If you are uncomfortable about taking the pictures then this is actually a good reason to get them done. Our program is largely based on challenging yourself and getting out of your comfort zones. There are occasions when people have had dramatic change and didn’t take advantage of the photo opportunity and regretted their previous decision. Your photo will only be used in promotion with your agreement. You will receive a copy of your picture and are encouraged to display the picture somewhere you will see it daily(refrigerator, bathroom mirror.) When you produce a quality “after” picture there’s no charge for it!
